4. Terms & Confirmation

Retail Systems Jhb will confirm the applicable system price, deposit amount and instalment schedule after reviewing the application. Minimum deposit guidelines are 20% below R10,000 and 25% from R10,000 to R15,000.

I confirm that the information supplied is correct and understand that this application is subject to approval. I understand that the POS system will only be released once the LayBuy balance has been paid in full. I understand that cancellation must be submitted in writing to sales@retailjhb.co.za and that a 7.5% handling fee may apply, subject to applicable law. I understand that stock is reserved only after approval and cleared deposit payment, for a maximum period of six months.

Retail Systems Jhb will review the application and confirm the deposit, payment schedule and payment instructions.
