No, there are no monthly fees payable. Our software is not sold as a SAAS Product (Software As A Service)

Yes there is, it is R 450.00 payable once a year on the anniversary of the Software

All systems are covered by a 12 month Warranty

How does the support for Point Of sale Systems Work...?

We provide support via the following methods

• Telephonic Support through our Land Lines or Mobile Numbers
• Whatsapp support via our Whatsapp line
• Online support via TeamViewer

If a complete system is purchased from us we provide free support for the Life Time of the system.

If our software is being used on your hardware the online support can be charged depending on the issue at R 420.00 per hour.

If I purchase a Point Of Sale System Online through your website how does that work...?

Your system will be packaged and shipped with in 1-3 working days and delivered to you by courier.

If an order is received on Friday it should ship on Monday, in the week if the order is received in the morning it should ship the same day or the next day. We will stay in contact and forward you the waybill as soon as the courier is booked

All our Point of Sale Systems are designed to work straight out of the box there is nothing for you do except plug it together.

All our Point Of Sale Systems include comprehensive Setup and Training Videos as well as TeamViewer for Remote Assistance.

If you can plug a screen into a computer you should be OK, if not you can give us call and we will assist you.

Can I receive online support if I don't have an internet router….?

Yes you can through your mobile phone. You can connect the point Of Sale system to your mobile by creating a mobile hotspot on your phone and connecting to it through the wireless connection on the point of sale system. Note for this to work you need to have data on your mobile phone.

Can I come and view the Point Of Sale systems in your shop…?
